ADDITIONAL INFO Macka B live again!! Is the second live album from the most consistent roots artist England has produced. This album features tracks from most of the European shows in the past ten years. Slovenia, Bilboa, Brussels, Dortmund, Amsterdam, and many more. After the launch of his first album "Sign of the times" in 1986, Macka B went on the road, firstly as part of the Ariwa Possee, before making his own stamp as an entertainer. In 1987 backed by Wolverhampton based Lion Heart, he toured Gemany extensively also playing St Gallen festival. By 1988 Macka B played many European cities including Paris, Rome, Berlin, Hamburg. In 1990 the Roots Warrior mashed up Australia, Ireland, Scandinavia. In 1991 the backing band was changed to the Robotiks, the main Ariwa Label backing band. Macka B was headliner on the Ariwa Possee package tour in the USA, playing at Reggae on the River and Vermount Festival, thrilling audiences in diverse cities like Toronto, San Francisco, Cincinnatti. 1992 saw him as part of the Ariwa launch into Japan. The Robotiks continued to backed him until 2000 when he hooked up with The Royal Roots Band from Nottingham. This album contain shows from both the Robotiks and the Royal Roots band who are: Mr Algernon Buchanan, Mr Alliandro Roberts, Mr Lenroy Guiste, Mr Junior Tucker, Mr Mark Hodges. If you've never heard Macka B, this is a great introduction to an artist who is so clever that you will be laughing whilst digesting some serious messages.
